My first time in Chicago and my first time staying here and it was an incredible experience. Everything about this place stands out: super clean, perfectly located, and plenty of accessible parking with easy access to many attractions. Service was top tier. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, and Ricky and Joel at the bar delivered amazing service and great energy. The property carries a beautiful historical atmosphere that makes the stay feel unique. And the breakfast was beyond amazing. If you’re visiting Chicago, this place is a must. Five stars all the way. Recommended if you value details and real experiences and real opinions.

Beautiful Hotel. Room was gorgeous. I travel a lot and I have never seen a Hyatt so pristine. Friendly staff and food was great too!! The room hallways were like museum galleries with beautiful art hanging on lighted displays.

Just got back from staying here. We loved it! What a great mix of history and comfort while providing great accommodations. The breakfast was good- super long lines but they did a great set up so it went fairly smooth. I appreciated the ample seating for the continental breakfast for my family. The museum was really interesting- wet love a little history lesson and this one was fantastic- really neat story behind the building. Parking was ample- we never had a problem getting a space. I wish we had brought our dogs, the pup park was really cute. Overall, one of the most memorial hotels we've stayed at in a long time! Will be returning again for sure!

Our hotel stay was fabulous. The room was spacious and very clean, and we didn’t hear much noise at all, which made for a relaxing stay. Parking was a little hard to find upon arrival—we ended up parking in the hospital lot—but just know it’s the lot on the far left behind the hotel building. It worked out well, and there were plenty of spots available in the evening. Breakfast was nice, and the location is extremely convenient—very close to United Center parking and very easy to get back to after events. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed one night to watch a Bulls game, a short walk from United Center. Spacious rooms, great complementary breakfast with eggs, sausages, fresh fruits, overnight parking available for $35. Good value for the night I stayed in. Good proximity to Blue Line although I didn't use it specifically.

I left my purse with cash in the closet when I checked out. Kseniia checked her Lost & Found but didn't find it. She messaged the Lead Housekeeper to look into my issue and included my former hotel room number. A couple days later she called me to report she had my purse. All the cash was still in it. There is a shorter manager there with bobbed hair & a darker complexion who is very smiley, seeks you out to make eye contact in a friendly, warm manner, & is efficient. Once the line got long and she got the people waiting to checkout taken care of quickly.

What a beautiful hotel. Easy check in and parking accommodations. The bar area is great with a pool table and connect 4 games. Closed at 10 pm on a Saturday which was strange since we had a large group there but they gave up a meeting room to hang out which was cool of them. The only thing that's a negative is how loud the rooms are, we could hear everything outside the hotel and in the hallway. The hallways are so big and partially carpeted, while nice looking, just echoed everything. That's the only downside. Otherwise the hotel is great!

This is behind a hospital. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. No carpeting in the room. Sink water pressure was low. We didn't try the shower so not sure if that has the same issue. Parking was not free and was tight, but that seemed to be the theme in all the parking lots. Staff was friendly. Elevator was pretty fast as well. I would stay here again.
